WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS HONG KONG

The story behind the founding of 'Women Entrepreneurs Hong Kong' began with two driven and passionate girls who had each started their businesses separately.

The hurdle of starting and managing a business has never been easy, and it was even worse, as women entrepreneurs, to face the unique challenges that both women faced in this harsh reality of a male-dominated industry.

​

Then came one fateful day, that changed everything. Through a mutual friend, these two girls for the first time and they clicked immediately. During their unstoppable conversation, they realized they both shared an immense passion for entrepreneurship and a noble desire to help other women succeed. They started to attend networking events along with joining other women’s communities together. They both used their expertise in their ways to support each other’s businesses and started making valuable connections.

As they met more women entrepreneurs, they found their stories to be very captivating and inspiring. That’s when they realized something very important. These inspiring tales and experiences can act as fuel for motivating other women to take a step toward their dreams and start their businesses.

 

That realization led to an idea. They decided to create a platform, where they can share the gravely inspiring tales and experiences of successful women entrepreneurs with others. The wish that brought this on, was to create a community with women for women. A place where women can come together, learn from each other, and also support each other’s businesses in the long run.
 

Thus, 'WomenEntrepreneurs Hong Kong' was born in a random catch-up dinner of these two girls. The platform features articles and resources that highlight the journeys of successful female entrepreneurs in Hong Kong. This platform was created in hopes of inspiring and empowering women to take the first step towards starting their own businesses and turning all those dreams into realities.

 This platform was established by these two young ladies, through their passion and determination, in hopes of female entrepreneurs flourish and succeed in Hong Kong.
