In business, we often talk about "vintages" and "aging" as metaphors for growth—now, we invite you to experience it literally. This is a rare opportunity to taste the finest acorn-fed hams in the world, ranging from 32 to 60 months of curing.

We will move through three curated rooms, each offering a different layer of Spanish gourmet culture:
Room 1: The Tasting Room
The Essentials: Iberian Cold Cuts, Spanish Cheese Collection, and 24-Month Duroc Ham.
The Sip: Cava Brut, Pata Negra House.
Room 2: The Hidden Cellar
The Vintages: A vertical tasting of 32, 48, and 60-Month Iberico Ham Bellota, plus the rare Double Acorn-Fed selection.
The Sip: Traditional Solera Fina Sherry pairing.
Room 3: The Private Kitchen
The Feast: A creative hot menu featuring Signature Ham Consommé, Iberico Pork “Pluma,” and Galician Beef “Chuleton.”
The Sip: Sinérgico Blanco 2021.
